What in the hell? I purchased a 3D model on sale and received an email confirming my purchase, yet no download link? What gives?

Sorry for the delay, this only occurs with your first purchase so the system verifies you purchase . Sorry for the inconvenience. This should clear up within 24 to 48 hours (being the weekend). Welcome to Renderosity..

Rendo used to have this info in a prominent place, but I think they must have moved it or taken it out entirely because a LOT of people seem to be missing the first purchase verify lately.... IIRC it used to be pretty plain during checkout...

It should still be Laurie but I am having the programmer look at it because there are too many people missing it.
It HAS to be made bigger or something.

Yeah, I don't quite remember since it's been so many years since I purchased my first thing ;), but I thought it used to be in big letters on the page as one was checking out so it couldn't be missed. I think. LOL

Day 2 and still hasn't gone through. Says that if I don't pay it, my order will be deleted. I paid it yesterday right away.

How was this issue resolved? I have the same problem with an order I placed on September 7. I received the email confirmation for the order AND the payment but the item has "Download Pending" still attached to it and I am definitely NOT a first time purchaser. I have emailed Store Support 4 times in the last 5 days and had absolutely NO RESPONSE. Would someone please see if anyone is aware of this issue.

It was eventually resolved, but through great pains. I do appreciate the staff helping in resolving it eventually. But it's trouble that shouldn't have existed.
