Hopefully I can explain this well...
My issue is I can not find the head under surfaces for the Genesis 3 / Victoria 7
I can with Genesis 2, I'm trying to select just the head so I can change the color on it, but I only see face.. any idea what I'm doing wrong?

The Face, Ears, Eye Sockets and Lips are all on the same texture map. The back of the head is part of the Torso surface.
