Subject: Help checkout applied 4 transactions!

Trying to buy gift card when I recieved an error message but said try again. Thinking I input wrong info I tried again. Currently a $25 charge is showing at card service 4 times. Nothing shows in Rendo account. Please advise.

At this point, please cancel this order since the object of my desire is now off prime.

Yes everything here points to this as well except the card company says otherwise. Is there a way to look at pending transactions? The error message said fraud investigation try again. My concern is a hyjack of some sort. Like a bonehead I left the card on the kitchen table so i have to wait to contact card folkes tonight.

Credit Cards have a two step process.

An authorization puts a "hold" on the funds and a settlement actually places the charge on your card. Your credit card was authorized, but not settled because the address and zip were not verified.

This means your card company shows an authorization from Bondware, Inc. as a "pending" charge; however, you will not actually be charged because the order never went through.

It can take from 2 to 7 days for this "pending" authorization to be released from your credit card. You can contact your card company to find out how long the charges will be in "pending" since they will not be settled.

Yes I have and nothing is hard posted to our account as payment so they should fall right off 😄
