Question #15 will not let me post an answer on Firefox. I tried to post it in with #18 as both were similar but it won't let me submit survey because it says not all are answered. Can someone check this? Others may be having this issue also. Thankies

I am sure there is a good reason why none of the products show up when we attempt to use the Search Marketplace function (so we could actually see the products to decide which one we want), but for the life of me, I can't think of what it might be.

I am not sure why you cannot see them when searching for them in the Marketplace, we did not do anything to block them.

Also, we cannot link them when setting them up in the backend, however I tested this and they pull up just fine for me.

If you'd like, I can post the links in here for you...just let me know

Now that's what I like to see, a reward for complaining! :) And even filling in that form creates new complaints - why oh why didn't you simply include a link** to the product page for each of the rewards? (or aren't you allowed to include links to the Renderosity website from the forums? :toungue-in-cheek: ) I was going to add links to this post, but since I've filled in my complaint* survey form I can only see the one I chose StudioArtVartanian - Karmir for Poser/V4 (91.26 MB), which I assume is this: Karmir Pack For V4 - https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/karmir-pack-for-v4/76922</https:> And why is the download button for each item closer to the next item than the item it relates to? I almost clicked the wrong download button!

Is it the Expressions for Genesis 3 Females or Males that is an option here? Your first post links to the Female, but the download buttons you are showing lists the Males. Thanks.

Is it too much trouble to actually have a picture of the item? That way I don't have to enter each one in the search function to see what it is.

Sorry Kristi, you seem to have missed the point - probably because I didn't really explain it well. If I see text and download buttons, I make associations based on proximity - i.e. I assumed that the download button above the text is the corresponding one, since it's closer.

Not to worry - it seems I'm the only one who thinks this way, and I spotted my mistake in time... ;o)

I'm so sorry I misunderstood your question.

Just in case anyone else wonders the same thing...you will want to click on the download button underneath the product you would like
