Hello if this is your first purchase it is held for a bit before it is released for download!
Your items will be available in your Account.

And if this is your first time this will be the only time there will be a delay. Rendo likes confirm things like credit card info etc before you have access. After the first time they will be available immediately where Andy said they'd be.
Not an admin here...just saying I know this from personal experience

i purchased the following item Night Fever for Genesis 3 Female(s). i received an email saying to click on the link for downloading purchased items. When i did this and opened the download they are so tiny....have i done something wrong? this is only my second purchase on this site.Do I have to wait for another email to download my items??

The link in the e-mail normally just takes you to your account page, you can't download directly from this link. Follow the link to your account page and under the order you should find the zip files to download. If this doesn't work contact admin who I'm sure will sort it out for you.

Thank you for responding. I have gone to my account page and clicked on the zip files ...download them and when I open them they are still small. I'm still relatively new to this board.....where i go to contact admin??
