Yesterday I rendered scence but time was more than 50'.The scene included two genesis, two trees, 1 grass ground, light(IBL). So I want to know any effective way to economize time of rendering, which lets pics be seen well, too. Thanks.

50' ?? What is that? Fifty minutes, fifty hours?

At a guess, you're using trees so shadows are probably your problem. They'll be a lot of them in amongst the leaves and branches. Don't think there's really much you can do but if you don't need the tree shadows you could try turning them off for that object. Never done it myself but I've heard of others doing it with hair (especially fibrehair).

If your trees are using trans-mapped leaves you can look at downsizing the transparency map size for the leaves if it won't impact your render. As the transparency maps tend to create a large memory footprint which may be slowing down your system. The grass would also be a suspect for slowing the scene down. Try to minimise the use of grass to where it is most effective in the scene and look for props that have been optimised as much as possible for fast rendering. Really 50 minutes isn't really a long render time for a complex scene.

You could also use a utility like the SimTenero - Iray Memory assistant available from DAZ 3D to assess your scene asset by asset if you are using Iray.

@Iwaves 50' would be 50 minutes using the long, lat degree system, It's not usually used for time though as far as I am aware.

Cheers. Here in the UK using 50' would usually indicate 50 feet in the older imperial measurements, as in 6'1" being 6 foot and 1 inch. But yeah, 50 minutes for a render isn't too long, without knowing what their system specs are.

No problem, it just threw me for a bit as I'd never seen it used for time. At least it wasn't 50 hours!! ;-)
