I'm trying to complete my order and I clicked paypal and it keeps bringing me back to the same page, so I tried putting in credit card info even though it is a free item and it will not complete. What's happening?

Hi.

What browser are you using? And operating system please? Have you tried logging logging out and then back in? Or restarting your browser? Sometimes that helps. We don't have anyone else reporting this issue, so I am not sure what the issue may be. If you get any error? Screenshot that for me?

I'm having the same issue. using both edge and chrome. The item in my cart is Twizted Shadows-Halloween by TwiztedMetal which is a $0 item. Doesn't matter what I try it keeps kicking me back to the payment field and saying all fields are required.capture.jpg

Do you also have an item in your cart that is $3.50 or more? All purchases require a minimum purchase of $3.50 and the daily free item can be checked out with during a normal purchase. 😄

Actually, slightly related, the paypal link for my order (#112928933) is broken. Sends me to a blank page. I have shut down my browser and retried, same result. I would change my payment option, but I don't see a way to do so.

Edit: disregard, looks like it's an issue with PayPal's site. Though would be nice to be able to change payment method.
