Hi All

I am really new here so I apologize if I sound like an idiot

I downloaded a runtime from the site, went through the process of installing from zip ( File | Install from Zip File...) and then pointed it to the zip I just bought.

It said sucessful, but when I load the runtime in library there is nothing there

Any help?

What location did you install to? The default is Downloads.

If "Downloads" do you have the Downloads library selected in the library pallet?

Or if another location is that location loaded and selected in the library pallet?

Also you may need to refresh the library pallet.

Yes -- Downloads

Yes it is selected and expanded

It says (0) on the list of libraries

and when you expand it then it says "empty"

One more thing, a few of the items show when I go leave the "figures" library and go to the "pose" libraries on the right. But when I click on any of the items in there, nothing applies, even when I drag it to an existing figure

And this is a figure that I bought

Suggest using Windows Explorer to look inside the zip to ensure that it contains the correct file structure. Then use Explorer to view the Downloads folder to ensure that all of the files have been correctly placed.

Let's have some clarification as to the exact location of your new content. What OS are you currently using on your computer and where exactly is Poser installed? Where exactly is your Download folder? I would assume if you selected the default Poser installation then it would be situated in a shared location and not in Program files. Also, what type of content are you attempting to use. This is very important because if you purchased texture content then you need the required mesh content installed. Maybe if you mention which content you are attempting to load into your scene; it would give us a better assessment of your situation.
