As a Moderator I didn't want to put this in an open forum. But I think we need to make the information about first time buyers bolder and clearer concerning the delay in downloads and the "pending" time. We (and I mean those in the Community forum rather than myself) seem to spend a lot of time sorting that out for new members. Perhaps we could have a new member e-bot email with a "Welcome to Renderosity" page with a nice graphically designed information page about what we have to offer and mentioning the pending on first order there as well. Just a suggestion.

If I recall correctly we've discussed this before, but yeah, like the idea. Would certainly clear some confusion for first time buyers.
