On November 28, I purchased the SAV Adonis character (Purchase Order #112946659). I just checked my bank balance for the card I used, and I see that I’ve been charged three times for this character. There are two charges for 11/28/16 and one for 11/30/16. I’ve only purchased this character once. There is an error or glitch in the charge. I tried to use the customer support email to send this message twice, but I got a message back that the email was undeliverable. Something is also wrong with the store support email address. Could you please check into this. I would like to be refunded for the two extra charges ($10.43 x 2 = $20.86).

Hi Melanie,
From what I can see there was only one item in your order. I will ask Kristi to look into this further since she handles most of these issues. It will probably be Monday before she gets back with you since she is off the weekend.

Thank you, Preston. I'm sure it's a glitch of some sort. I only clicked on the purchase button once, and I only got one download for the character. I'm sure it's some sort of computer error.

Hello,
I have checked our payment gateway and see one payment for this order.
Please note that if there was a glitch in the system, it could take 2-7 business days for the "pending" payment to fall off your account since there is not anything attached to it.
