Subject: Getting no responses for support or refund

Hi. I requested product support from vendor via site mail on November 23rd and December 1st for a product purchased November 17th. No reply from vendor. Then I requested a refund via site mail to the "store" address on December 1st and 5th. No reply. Then an email request for a refund on December 5th and 7th to the "store@renderosity.com" and still no reply or even a confirmation. Not sure what to try next. How can I request a refund? Product...
