I wanted to let you all know that if you are placing your first order, there is a waiting time frame due to having to manually verify your information and be sure it all matches up with the information entered.

We do this to try and eliminate as much fraud as possible. We do this to continue to try our best to protect our vendors, ourselves, as well as the cardholder. We have one of the lowest fraud rates for online companies and are very proud of this.

Once your information has been verified, your downloads will be activated and we will send you an email If there is a problem, we will send you an email.

Every order you place thereafter will be available right away as soon as your payment is processed.

Our office is open M-F from 9am-5pm. We have multiple people throughout the day checking First time buyer's so your wait time will be no more than a few hours while the office is open.

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday however we do have a staff member working from home during these days so you will not have to wait all weekend long for a response to your email and or have your information verified so your downloads can be released to you.
