I am a fairly noob Daz3D user, but I count myself fairly competent at PC stuff in general. I have been practicing on G3 figures up till now, and have reached the point where I can find what I need, all I need is a large injection of artistic talent :-)
I have begun to use Victoria 4 figures -- I have the V4.2 Starter bundle, and a Renderosity product Sabby-Amber, https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sabby-amber/97217.
I loaded the vanilla Victoria 4.2 figure, I had trouble finding where the content for Sabby-Amber was in the content manager, but I eventually found it. I then tried to apply the Sabby-Amber body morphs. I received a series of error dialog boxes like this
and the V4 figure remained the same. The file(s) in question are all correctly present in my file system in the location specified.
Have I done something wrong? have I installed something in the wrong place? I used the Daz Install Manager to install the V4.2 Starter Bundle, so I assumed it was correctly installed.
I'd appreciate some advice.

Does the starter bundle include the morphs ++ ? I am thinking it doesn't since the error is searching for their deltas.

Yes, it does include Morphs++, I thought the screenshot made that clear, the file in question is in the .../Runtime/Libraries/!Daz/Victoria 4/Deltas/Morphs++ folder and YES the "missing" file is part of Morphs++ and in the Morphs++ section of the shaping tab I can successfully use the Definition Slider which overlays the file that Daz thinks is missing. Note that there are several other dialog boxes for other "missing" files which follow this one. I can reproduce this at will, it occurs every time I try to apply a V4 figure on top of the base 4.2 figure. I can morph vanilla V4 to my heart's content. but I cannot apply predefined morphs from inside a purchased add-on V4-based character such as Sabby-Amber.
I am using 4.9.3.166.
I am starting to worry about what Daz is using in the path BEFORE .../Runtime/Libraries/!Daz/Victoria 4/Deltas/Morphs++ ie is it obeying my chosen Content Directory Manager selections, which are not the same as the defaults. After decades working in tightly policed corporate IT policy, I cannot/will not put Daz material in Documents. Daz stuff is data files, not documents.

I am not an expert with Daz Studio and I am sorry I overlooked the second screen shot.
I know in Poser morphs not loading is caused by not initializing V4. I am not sure the location Daz Studio places it but do a search for DzCreateExPFiles-V4
Double clicking that will run a Windows batch file that I am hoping fixes your issue.
If that does not help I will alert our DS forum moderator that you need assistance.
Again I am terribly sorry I missed your screenshot before I replied initially.

Did you run DAZ's V4 powerloader? That is the script which is responsible for loading morph packages into V4. IIRC, without it the general morph injections will not work properly. However, there was a problem with the loader and the location of the script which I had to correct manually. I'll need to review exactly how I solved that little problem.

What is the full path to the runtime? Have you set Studio's Content Directory Manager under Poser Formats?

Hi I think jestmart is on to something here. I seem to remember the same problem and I had to add the runtime to the Poser Content Directories under Preferences, Content Directories. I hope this helps
