I've noticed a couple of vendors who are now releasing everything solely with "extended license" pricing... and I have to say, it's a little disquieting. One of them is a favourite of mine, and now that vendor's models will be not completely out of reach but certainly purchased a lot less frequently because of the price jump from what had been hobbyist rates to now the equivalent of professional ones, all across the board.

I realize profit lines on some products can be awfully slim for all the work put into them, but at the same time.....
