I've been toying with the idea of doing an 1880's period render of British army, but I'm having trouble locating an appropriate helmet. Does anyone know of a model of such a helmet ? Either Army, or even one of the old British "bobby" (police} helmet ? I'm looking for either a freebie, or even a pay one. Something like what's shown in the picture below
