hi there, i'm fairly new to the forum and poser 11. couldn't find anything about this subject neither here on the forum nor by using google, so i'm hoping for some help from the community by creating this thread. I wanted to do a leopard-like fur pattern with the dynamic hair, but wasn't able to do so. i tried to link the hair to the diffuse color; linking the texture to the hair color and i took many more different approaches, but nothing worked so far. i've read, the hair should use the color of the texture it's growing on by default, though this doesn't work for me so far :/

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!
