Subject: Poser 11

Hello

Just bought poser 11 upgrade here yesterday, But seems the product serial number i used to get the validation for the upgrade does not work on the installer software i downloaded.

Could you let me now what the best way to fix this?

Hello,

Please be sure you are downloading the correct download manager that came with the upgrade and enter the serial number/license key that came with it.

If you are still having trouble, please send an email with your order number to store@renderosity.com.

Hello Kristi,

Thanks for the advice. I found the product code and its now installed. May i suggest a read me file be added with instructions? I know its straight forward operation but a clarification for the less techincal adept may be of help.
