It always worries me when a company issues a statement to assure it's customers that it is committed to a given part of it's business...Maybe I'm just being cynical. I sure hope so.

Ditto. "We're passionate and excited and thrilled about the corporate buzzword space" usually means "We're about ready to shut down."
