I just attempted to order some items and I received a message that the transaction was denied. Assuming it was a data entry error I redid the transaction. Same result. When I checked my credit card account I see the same transaction "Approved" and billed to my account. So I would like to get one of them reversed and one actually processed so I can download the products. Not sure what is going on here. I also sent an email about the same issue to the store.
