There have been a couple of nicer medical-themed sets for V4, but a surgical cap is still something I'm missing.

A surgical cap would be nice. There are some nice older scrub sets for poser.
The dust settled, thinking "what a fine home, at least for now" not realizing that doom would soon be coming in the form of a vacuum cleaner.

Yes. Also, I think Poser hospital gowns would be nice for K4, M4, and V4.
