Does anyone know where to find a small program that would arrange the morph dials for Victoria 3 so you didn't have to thumb through each morph to find the one you want?

Hi shotokan158! I'm going to move your post to the Poser forum, because I think you may get more answers to your question there.

Poser can "Display as ordered list" if you right click on the morph dials. DAZ used to have a util to "remove" unused dials but it didn't really remove them and AFAICR it didn't work properly, either.

Dimension3D's Dial Groups (free) will do what you need: http://d3d.sesseler.de/index.php?content=poserutil I use it all the time for the generation 3 figures.
