why do I get a newsletter saying something is on sale then it turns out to be Prime only?
Should not Prime members just get targeted with those emails?
what a letdown
and no it does not make me want to join Prime if that's the strategy

Those prices were supposed to be both for prime AND regular members. I have corrected that. Thank you for bringing it to my attention!
