Subject: What's up with customer support?

I had/have a problem with an item I ordered; installed properly, used properly, but it did not include features that were advertised. Purchased on May 5th.

First I tried to contact the vendor. No answer. I did so again and threatened to report their product if they didn't answer in a week. No answer.

Then I emailed Renderosity customer support. No answer.

Today I phoned and got a message saying I'd be called back. I will wait for this call.
Is this any way to run a business?

Exasperated.
