I have just obtained the HFS Races: Faunus by DarioFish for Genesis. I have Daz studio 4.9. No matter what I do I cannot get the morphs to even show up on import let alone use them on the genesis figure. Could it possibly be a compatibility problem or I'm just being stupid. Any help gratefully received. Xleper

Hi.
Please contact the vendor via sitemail and explain the issue you are having. 
they are the ones most qualified to help you with their products. This way you get a good answer AND the vendor gets to see what the problem is and can update the item IF needed.

Downloads on account, all of them, will not download. This is a sudden glitch incident to a fair number of successful downloads. No reaction at alll

Hello Huolong,
There were a couple of files that you had exceeded your download limit on, so we reset those. But, that should not be any reason for you to not be able to download all of your files. Please try rebooting your internet modem and computer to see if that doesn't help please email us at store@renderosity.com with your details.

I was in the hospital for five months and one of my hard drives disappeared with a years work on it. Thanks for the tix
