The older you get, the less you can remember things. Many years ago I downloaded Morphography's "Morphing Picture Frames" Unfortunately it was long before I started saving ReadMe files as well as content.. What's crazy is: I would like to use these terrific picture frames again in a new Render. I have this download still. I can load the frames but I'm damned if I can remember how you get your picture into the frame. Pictures are 'sized' by the morph to fit the frame size but, as I said . . . Duuuhhhh. Anyone out there who still has this Morphing Picture Frame and still remembers how to get the pictures in the frames ?

Here is the read-me:
Morphing Picture Frame
This is a simple picture frame for displaying art on the walls of
your Poser rooms. It has morphs to adjust the size and weight of the
frame, and the picture area.
Apply any borderless image file to the "Picture" material zone, and
adjust the dials to get the shape correct.
No other textures are provided. You can apply just about any general
purpose wood texture to the "Frame" material, preferably one where the grain
runs vertically.
Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you unzip with "use folder names" checked, everything should end up
in the right place. You can of course put things in other places if you
know what you're doing - or if you've read the tutorial on my site. :-)
Terms of use
~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can use this item for any images, personal or commercial.
You can create original textures, bump maps etcetera for
it and distribute them as you like.
You can modify the provided materials, and redistribute them
as long as they remain free, and proper credit is given to the creator.
You can create morphs for it, and distribute them as "Squashed" .OBJ
files (i.e. with the vertex information only).
You can redistribute this Zip file as long as it remains complete.
If you want to offer it for sale, e.g. as part of a CD collection or on a paid
download site, contact me and make an offer. Reasonable terms will not be
refused.
If you make any nice pictures with it, we'd like to see them!

Keep in mind you need to make the glass transparent or you could be scratching your head.
Hope all this helps.
