I've tried to download several items from the Freestuff section and none of them will download. I tried clicking on the link that says to click here if it doesn't download in 5 seconds. Still nothing. I downloaded something yesterday, but today it's not working. I even tried rebooting my computer. Still nothing. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm not having any problems downloading anything. Are you accessing the website with a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet?

I'm using my laptop, which is my only computer, but it let me download things from here just yesterday. It's only failing to do so today. I tried rebooting, but it didn't help.

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files and tried to download again after doing that? Some other members are having glitches that aren't happening to other members, so I think there's some random glitches going on and maybe yours is one of them.

I've figured out what the problem is with my downloading. I tried it again this morning and it still won't download anything, even though it did two days ago. I'm using Micorsoft Edge and that seems to be the problem. I installed Google Chrome and tried to download from Renderosity Freestuff and it works. So, between now and two days ago, something in Microsoft Edge broke and I wasn't able to download from Renderosity anymore. If anyone else is having problems and you're using Edge, that might be the problem.

I just tried another experiment. I tried to download a Freebie in Internet Explorer and it works fine. Looks like it's Microsoft Edge that is the problem.

I wonder if Microsoft updated Windows 10 within the last few days and it messed up Microsoft Edge. I still haven't been able to check my email on Internet Explorer since my upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, so an update could definitely be making Microsoft Edge go crazy. I'm happy you're able to use other browsers to download the Freestuff items.

it's possible there was an update. Sometimes, when Edge has been on for a while, I can't click on anything on about the far right third of the screen. I have to reboot the computer to get it back to normal. Edge is definitely broken.

Agree on Edge being broken. I'm having the same problem downloading as mentioned above.

Chrome works.

I don't know if you all have gone back to using Microsoft Edge again, but I checked today and I was able to download Freestuff items using that browser. I guess last week's Windows 10 update must have corrected things.
