are theare any good plugin's that work with bryce 7pro

What did you have in mind? There are very many presets as opposed to plugins. The plugins folder has more to do with import and export than anything else IIRC.
Take a stroll through the FreeStuff Gallery and do s earch for Bryce. I hope that helps.
