Came to get a model I need for a project....but cart says: Shopping Cart Items do not meet the Minimum Purchase Price of $3.50!??!!?
Is this a new rule...Credit cards may charge more for small amounts, BUT I use PayPal! :(

Not a new rule.

Yes, I ran into it the other day for the first time in a long time, and remembered it. I had to find something else to buy with, so I could get the purchase to go through.
I always wondered why the store had products priced less than $3.50, if that was the minimum purchase price.

Normally we don't...but it happens during some larger discount sales.

Right, and there's really no way to know when something's going to be reduced to below $3.50.

Unfortunately...no.

I remember when the rule went into effect, and it hit me too in the last couple of purchase attempts.
In this case I wound up simply not buying the item or getting the discount.
It was annoying because I didn't feel like being held hostage to get an item on sale.
Before Rendo staff jumps on me, I can uderstand it from a company perspective.
But as a consumer it is my option not to buy.
If I really wanted it I would have purchased it.
