My folders are stuck in the top of the view port ,when you try to dock them they just go into float mode.my granddaughter and myself were messing around and now everything is upside down. I know that I'm doing something wrong when I try to fix this.

One option would be to close the pane, then right-click in a blank area of the pane group you want them in and select Add Pane(Tab)>Content Library. Another option is Window>Workspace>Select Layout, to reset everything.
