In the Writing Contest you will notice they have included the Blackwing-Slate Journal with Pencil. I am so tickled that they included that as a prize. You might say, 'huh, a pencil?". Well, I'm sure not everyone will know the history of the Blackwing pencil. The Blackwing pencil has a history similar to Fabriano Paper, or Moleskin Notebooks. Just to name a few fun things, Donald Duck was drawn with a Blackwing pencil. I've always enjoyed using creative tools that have a long history of use by famous artists of the past, and present. If you want to read the history of the Blackwing:

Well, anyway, regardless of which contest or contests you enter, good luck to everyone. I look forward to seeing all the entries.

In the writing contest, it says, "Thumbnail Image: MUST be included 300x350 pixels. Here is a helpful tutorial on How to make Full Image Thumbnails" and "Save and upload THIS image in both the Image and Thumbnail field. (You must upload both or the system will not accept the entry.)"
Both imply there should be links attached, but there isn't any.

Thanks, good catch. We'll get that fixed as soon as possible.

Can you only enter in one category this year?
I already submitted something to the 3D category and when I try to submit to the 2D category it says I have already submitted an entry.

Good question, I'll get someone over here that can answer that question for you.

Thanks!
I kind of got an answer. I think you can - mine just got rejected because I used a 3D program to block it out before painting it and the rules for the 2D contest now state that you can't use any 3D software at all, unlike prior years (if that was a rule in the past it obviously wasn't enforced at all last year).
So that was my fault for not fully reading the rules.

You may enter all of the categories, but you can only claim a prize from one.
