Subject: Lack of response

I dropped admin@renderosity an email with an issue with a product I have purchased and have yet to receive a reply - I sent it at just after 6pm UK time on Wednesday 13th. so the 24 hours response time elapsed before the weekend. In case it has gone AWOL: Hi,

I recently bought, and installed, the Olivia product by DTHUREGRIF (DTG Studios' Olivia for V8 & G8F) and no whenever I load a figure based on G8F I get an error message about a missing file: volumes/di2/online store/dtg/olivia v8/olivia.duf

It does not seem to cause an issue, but is a little annoying. Could a fix be arranged?
