After purchasing a couple of products yesterday around 7:45 EST last night, they still show unpaid (even though I paid at checkout). This morning I get this in email -

This is a courtesy notification to let you know that your unpaid order #113081109 placed on 2017-10-11 will be deleted if not paid in full soon.

For some reason the payment did not get placed on the order. I have manually marked that paid for you and those items are available for download. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
