I emailed marketplace support requesting a refund for an item I had previously purchased yesterday and haven't received any reply. I ordinarily wouldn't post to the forum so quickly, but I emailed on another issue 9/25 and 9/26 and never got a response to either of those inquiries.
What info do you need from me?

Hi.
I have not seen an email from you. I apologize for that. We need the order number you first purchased the item on and then the second order number. Try sending that to jennblake@renderosity.com please? Then post in here again telling me it was sent so I can see if we got it. Again, I am sorry. We have had some issues with mail being blocked as spam from certain email services.

I just resent to your email along with both order numbers so you can verify. Thanks for your help. I didn't get any of my emails bounced back to me so just assumed they weren't answered.
