Hi,
I send mail and message to renderosity marketplace admin to ask a refund after a purchase. I contact vendor too and renderosity don't answer me... i send screen, number purchasing and nothing...

The vendor needs to email us at store@renderosity.com telling us to refund you and providing the order number to us

I haven't received one yet if you sent it. Maybe send me a sitemail..and give me the address you are sending from so I can whitelist it please?
