I just got an e-mail about a bundle containing a product on my wish list which reminded me of why I don't buy bundles: They are fine for someone who doesn't buy very much, but frankly it is rare I see one that doesn't contain something I already have and the discounts aren't enough to cover that.
When your programmers have some spare time, (yeah, right) it might make some sense to look into giving people credit (as in reducing the price of the bundle) by the items they already have.
Much as I would like to partake of bundles, it would mean waiting on items I want in the hope that at some point they would be in a bundle, and I'm pretty sure that isn't the behavior you want to inspire.

My biggest gripe with bundles is that the products in them (except the first one) are not marked as 'purchased' in the marketplace, so you risk buying them twice..
