People purchase items and can't get them for hours or days because you have to 'authorize' the buyer? What is up with that? I can't think of any other online retailer that I can use my PayPal account and have to wait until I get 'permission' to download the item. Does PayPal make you pay a fee for insurance or something that you cannot afford to buy, are you just afraid of the world, what's going on? Your procedures on purchasing are unique in all my internet travels. I would like to understand why an internet company, purveyors of digital media, would utilize such an unsophisticated policy?
