Subject: Order showing as unpaid

Hi, I placed an order , Order#: 113146409, and i have a receipt from Paypal at 19 Feb 2018 03:00:09 PST, but the order is showing unpaid in my account here. Please advise Best regards Ian

I got the same problem....renderosity seems to have gone silent. Funny how people don't want to talk when there is a problem!

Yeah, I had that too about 5 hours ago. Paid via Paypal, order still marked as "unpaid". I've already emailed the info to store@renderosity.com but haven't heard back yet. Just received an automated email saying the order is going to be deleted soon if I don't pay it. Most frustrating. :/

Yes I got that! I nailed them on Twitter asking is there store is acting up - when crap like this happens they need to be taken to task! I thought Daz3d was rubbish with this crap but now Renderosity seems to be in competition with rubbish customer service.

Has happened to me before - and has happened again just now. It appears sometimes the communication between PayPal and the Renderosity site breaks down. Might not be Renderosity's fault.

I've had similar problems before on occasion, and they always get sorted out. We should probably wait until office hours ( it's not 7am there yet ) before we can expect any response.

True but you think someone might reply or say something on social media - at the end of the day the robot is still sending emails demanding to pay your bill! That part of the site at least seems to be working!

I wish there was some more patience among customers rather than being negative - especially on a WEEKEND with so much traffic due to the huge sale going on!

There are admins on call but not everybody has access to accounts and a pile of messages to sort out... so speculations of the sort that this is a problem we try to hide, helps nobody!

@Ian Sorry for the delay. PayPal was having issues communicating with our site. Your order has been verified and marked paid. You can now access your downloads.

I had this problem once and was told to refresh the page and it will show up...It worked :)

The same problem here. Order # 113146305 placed on Sunday February 18 via PayPal. It is shown until the moment as unpaid in my Renderosity account. I have spoken with PayPal (and my bank) and they inform me that the payment is already done.

Could you help me? Thanks in advance.
