Hi all, does anyone know whether vickie 2 works with "older" maps that fit vickie 1? Or do I need to buy the new textures at DAZ. I bought several great textures in the past, which i really like to use onto vickie 2. Best regards, Phil

I haven't seen anything on that and I've been a little curious of that as well. I know they've said the new map works on the old Vicky, but I dunno about others working on the new one. Hell I don't even have Vicky (a lot of good I am huh?) but I'm thinking I'm going to get 2.0. I don't think I can resist even though I don't have much money to spend.... I'll do a little hunting and see what I can find and maybe I'll come up with something before someone else has an answer. :)

Yup she works beautifully - and the P4 version of her does too :) This is Vicky 2 "wearing" Catharina's Kora texture.

The mapping information is on the obj file, and the obj file is the exact same between Vicki 1 and Vicki 2. So what this means is that ALL of your Vicki 1 morphs, textures, characters, clothes, everything, will work equally well on both versions. You would have to "transfer" the morphs off a character made on a Vicki 1 cr2, such as by Morph Manager, but that is not a hard task and only takes a few moments to do. The important thing though is everything works in both directions, backward and forwards :)Isnt that clever?
