Hi!

Tried "It's BOGO Time!! Buy Nightfall & get your choice of any other product in Rhiannon’s Store absolutely FREE!!" - only to find that the offer does not work. Added Nightfall an another Rhiannon product - Peace Keeper into the cart, but none of them came up as free. Very dissapointing. I tried several products, like Peace Keeper, Nyx Dreamer, CruX Killer StaX... but none of them worked. Or is it a time zone thing again, here on CET it's still 13th of April so I imagined that the offer was still applying. Was I wrong to beleive so??

I think you have to sitemail Rhiannon your order number and she sends you the free product. That is how I do it myself when I do a BOGO

I got a random product added in my downloads as part of the order. If I had known that it was random and not selected by me I would have passed.

Hi, I'd like some clarification on how this works too, as description states "your choice of any other product", not some random product.

Product description - which most likely is by Rhiannon, while sale announcements are by Renderosity - still says different, I'm not interested in random items, so I still want official clarification before I buy.

We've been running bogo(s) from time to time for the past year - this is not the first time! BOGO word comes from the intitial letters of "Buy One Get One" for free!

It is clearly stated on the event article (Daily Deals page) what the event is :

"With the purchase of the Bogo NEW Release, you will receive a random gift by a list of products by the same vendor, or even their entire store! The system will make sure you do not already own your gift! It will be added and downloaded from your account along with your purchase! Each release lasts for 72 hours only!"

You do not get to choose what will be your bogo gift on your own - the system does! But it makes sure it's not something you already own! :)

Ah. Pity; the odds are strongly against me, then, because I only use G3/8 now, and I've bought over half of those items already. So the odds are I'd get an unusable V4 item.

I came to the forums with the same question, since the text of Nightfall (in the listing itself) specifically calls out 'choice', I wondered how it worked. I'll pick it up some time when the whole store's on sale, instead.

So the original sales text is not going to be honored for people who purchased this before it was edited?

The text has been fixed. This was a typo. You did receive a product, therefore, we cannot do anything to change that.
