Hello, I placed an order 2 days ago and paid by PayPal. But my download is still listed as "Pending".
I sent an email yesterday morning but as yet no response. Can someone look into this for me?

Paypal has been having issues with sending the notifications that set the orders as paid. I have manually verified your payment for this order and marked it paid for you. Sorry for the delay!

Hi, I'm having the same problem with order #113175368. My Paypal account is showing the transaction as paid, and has issued a tansaction ID number. Grateful for your advice on the situation.

Hello, I'm afraid I'm having the same problem as the above members.
I'm not a new member but I have bought a bundle 113188160 and cannot download my purchase? Would you be so king and sort this out for me, I didnt expect it so I need the ordered item to start my artwork. I hate to be a pest but payal payment is cleared

I am not showing any payment on PayPal for this order. Do you have a transaction ID?

Hello!
I too have just made a purchase which is still showing as Pending even though the payment shows as having gone through via Paypal.
The order number is 113194164
I also have the Transaction ID from Paypal if required.

Hi,
I have verified payment and marked your order as paid so you can now access your downloads I also noticed you made a duplicate payment on this order so I went ahead and refunded you for that as well.

Hi, I'm having problems with order 113204829 showing as pending. I placed the order yesterday and paypal shows as paid. It's weird because I placed a new order (for different product) today using paypal and I could download it almost immediately. Can someone mark 113204829 as paid? Thanks!

Sorry for your wait. We are still experiencing this occasionally. Still updating I am told on paypal. I have confirmed your order and marked it as paid for you. Again, sorry for the wait.

My purchase didn’t even show the PayPal icon. Got an email stating that I’d get another email about payment but that was hours ago. Order # 113206375.

Hi,
That is because you selected Invoice as your payment option. I deleted this order so you can go re-purchase these items making sure you select the PayPal payment option.
