Haven't been here in a while and got a beautiful Easter card from Rosie lamenting that the Bryce forum has been left behind. I'm truly sorry to hear that, that may be the case. But I've logged in and I don't see any posts like in the old days of the forum. I do follow some Brycers and often get a bot when they upload an image. And I always do view their creations even tho I often chose not to leave a comment. I do hope all is well with everyone and that some are still Brycing. Good to see your still here Bryster. Best wishes to you and your family.

More into Poser lately but sometimes need an outdoor scene, I'll fire up the Bryce. Not often tho.

Brycers still rock. Not doing much myself as I'm working hard to finish my next novel, but Bryce is still in my PC.

I'm still using Bryce daily. There's always something new to discover. Though there are features missing I'd like to have, Bryce still has a lot of features - not always obvious - that more "modern" programs still do not have. And we have two different render engines included. The bright side of not having experienced upgrades is that no new bugs were introduced ;)

Since my PC died and I had to get a new one, I'm searching the house for my Bryce installation disc. As I have Dementia, this may take a while... On the other hand, DAZ/Studio is in and working.

Back in the day I used to hang at the Delphi Bryce Forum. Now a days the Bryce Forum at Daz3D is the most active I've found.

Somehow the brilliant Brycers inspired me to make real steampunk-ish assemblage work. I was more active between 2002-2010, now I mostly post images of my assemblage art work. I adore the genius Bryce master Kano, he inspired me a lot but I couldn't come close to his amazing compositions, I still remember all his stuff, he really showed how one could make wonderfully crazy renderings in Bryce.

I was thinking... if I had a 3D printer I could compose images in Bryce with nurnies and then save everything as .obj files, then export it to Cura (or something, lol) and print it out for further treatment. Darn, it so hard to go back rendering virtual objects, hehe.

Bryce seems to be outmoded now with vue and other programs coming on the scene

Been a long, long time since I've been able to touch the computer stuff. Hoping when I retire that I'll be able to dust off the pc and do some more. I'm so grateful to have been a part of the years that this forum rocked. So sad to see that it has slowed. But glad that it still exists! Hope it's still here when I come back to doing Bryce 3D.

I tend to be more active in winter. Each year I pitch for a commission for the Space Foundations Symposium held yearly in Colorado. So from September to November I use Bryce a lot. Mostly for models and landscapes, then space backdrops done with Photoshop. Then I tend to do a couple of other images for myself. Not as full on as back in the day where I would be using Bryce daily. There's a good group on Facebook run by old time Brycer Wolfgang Sigl. It's called Bryce Paradise. A few from here post, such as Carl Traversi aka Sbleci, and Steve Winter. Even Rochr has been known to pop in from time to time. Oh and somebody we all know who used to run this place Kirk Dunne aka Agent Smith. Well worth checking out to see what Brycers are up to.

Nice to see Ang and Orbital posting here. I'm very busy working on my novel at the moment and Bryce is on the back burner.
