Subject: changing email trouble. Need help NOW!

I have changed my email here at Renderosity. I was told it had been successful & I would receive an email at my new address with a link in it. That was at least 2 hours ago & I have not received any email. It was not in the SPAM folder either.

Since I want to make some purchases today, I need help ASAP.

Hi, Email me at prestonw@renderosity.com with your updated email address and I will make sure it is updated in the system.

My email has now been successfully updated at Renderosity, BUT I am still getting none of the newsletters that I have checked to receive. Since I can find no other place to enter my new email address, so that I will start receiving the newsletters again, can someone please help?

I just checked and your email is on the mailing list so I am not sure why you aren't receiving it. Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

There was no Renderosity email today, at least not yet. I don't recall how often they're sent out every week, but I'm fairly sure it's not daily.

There is nothing in my Spam folder, but I just checked again to see if I could find anywhere else the newsletters could be hiding. And I found a place where "Promotions" could be turned on & there they were. What a relief!
