I understand that if you have purchased a product and used a voucher and then ask for a refund that the value you receive in store credit is equal to the the product minus the voucher reduction. What I want to know is if it is normal to lose the reward point for the original price. In my case I was refunded for a faulty product but have actually lose reward points on the refund - OK its only 35 but I can't help feeling I'm being screwed over somewhere along the line for someone elses error!
