There are not always poses for hair. In fact, for most there are no poses. the best thing to do with questions about products or where to locate add-ons for them is to ask in the community forum or the Poser Forum as people who are also using those programs and products could help you best. I will move these threads there for you.

The easiest way to use V3 hair on V4 is NOT to conform it if it's a figure and to unparent it if it's an hr2
Then with the Y axis dial you may bring in place and parent to the head of V4. Use the X axis dial in order to fix the sides on V4's face and you're done.
An easy way to use ALL your V3 hair.. not just particular ones, not to mention that you may even mix and match them and create new hairstyles that do not exist! :)

Pop over to DAZ3D and search for the Hair Conversion System II. This works well for hair props (and other headgear) but I haven't tried it with conforming hair.
Just tried it and got a good result, thought the textures look a bit vivid.
I'm not sure what version this started with but if you change the parenting to the neck AND tick the Inherit Bends of Parent then you lose the fixed shape of long hair
