You will need to use SM Download Manager. There are two tabs- one for the **Installers ** for Poser and the supplied content and one for Updates. Any available should show, download if need be and then install

i have that is where it installed them i was just woundering do i need to copy those files that just got installed over to where poser is at?

The installer should do that automatically for you, no need to move anything unless you made a grievous mistake.

i'm lost the installer inside the folder? or the one that runs from the downloader?

Use the Install button in the Updates section of SM Downloader. As hborre says, it does all the hard work for you as it remembers where Poser is installed and puts all the update files in the right place.
