Since it is quite obvious form the layout of the site that the only thing of importance is the Marketplace, you might want to have a product download process that actual works! If you can't get the products you buy, why the hell would you keep buying them?

Hmm, I do not understand, I buy a lot here and my downloads always work.

I had to pause and resume the downloads at least 40 times each to get each file to download... I tried navigating to other sites and even moving around the galleries and opening images with no delays so I know its not my internet provider. I have had this problem every time I try to download a file from her (and only here).

I'm using Internet Explorer 9. The order # is 113195600 but I was finally able to download everything.

I've rarely ever had problems with downloads from this site, and I have made many purchases here.
Once, my ISP had a bad connection problem and another time Paypal was 12 hours behind in clearing payments -- but neither of those issues were Rendo's fault.
