Is there a different way to view this site? I have written about this several times before. Most recently I dropped my PRIME because I get frustrated every time I come here.
I have a high powered graphics server and a high powered laptop. They are oriented in a traditional landscape/horizontal format. Renderosity is clearly oriented in a vertical format, which I assume gets it a better google search rating.
I NEVER get to see any promos decently. They are always chopped off, even if I reduce the viewing to 67%, where the text becomes almost unreadable.
I would like to know if there is a toggle somewhere that allows the site to be viewed on machines like mine; eg from Vertical to Horizontal.
I just corresponded with a vendor and it turned out he had the answer written in his promo photograph. Unfortunately they way Rendo has trained me to view their site best, by shrinking it down to 67% when looking at promos, I never saw the writing on the picture.

I will have our programmers look into this issue and see if they can't get something worked out

One more thing if anybody comes back to view this. Very minor in comparison to the issue above. When going to download items under Account/Purchases. You have to 'Click' on Purchases every single time you want to search for another product that has been bought. That's two clicks. Click Purchases, Click Search. Click Purchases. Click Search. Click Purchases. Click Search. Get the idea?
Why does the "search" line have to go away after every accessed item? Why do I have to go back down the menu back to Purchases before bringning up "search" to continue, even if I'm searching fo rthe same thing? Please, just leave the line there. You already leave the search marketplace line, why not the searach account line as well once a person has gone to look for things they've bought. It is annoying when you have more than three or for things purchased at different times to look for.
Thank you.

I usually do my downloading from the Item List, rather than the default Purchases list. Just click on the Item List link, and you're set. This gives you two options for searching: 1) by product name, or 2) by vendor name. Then once I've downloaded what I want, all I need to do is hit the Back button on my browser once to get back to the Item List if I want to search another product name or vendor name.
I find that the easiest way to download more than one product at a time.
