I placed a first order on August 11. It seems that the payment isn't confirmed yet. When can I expect it? Thanks in advance.

Your product is available to you 
To download your products, go to 'My Account' under your Avatar or username in the top, right hand side of the page.
Click on your order number in which you will then see the name of each product and the zip files pertaining to them under the title of each one. You must click on each zip file to download them: (here is the link provided for your convenience)

Thank you. I don't know when it became available. I couldn't find it until yesterday, and today I didn't really try.
The problem is that your last email regarding my order read :
Thank you for your order (#113221130) on Renderosity.com. You will receive another email regarding payment.
So, essentially, I was waiting for this new email. Maybe you sould review this wording?
Edited to add : OK, after checking, I see that in fact I received the email regarding the payment before the other email telling me I should receive it. I had in fact seen the "Purchase screen" with my product listed during the previous days, but either the files weren't appearing or I somehow managed to not see them, so for all I know, they might have been available since the day of my purchase.
