for example: I used Render Magic! by Darkworld in my latest piece... I typed in Darkworld (EXACTLY as it is in the marketplace, this is NOT "pilot error") and the products by this merchant do NOT come up - the products field simply does not appear. If your programmers give up, then sadly so do I.... I have done my best to take my valuable time to do 'live links' for your marketplace...and this is frustrating!
I use Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with IE 11 (STILL supported by Microsoft) and I don't know why your site won't permit me to use this element. I will not (have tried them, can't deal with them) use a different browser. sigh. I do list my items used in text under my art, but no longer can help your marketplace as I used to.

I just tested it and typed in Darkworld. When I quickly typed the full name, nothing happened, but, when I started just with Dark and some name came up and when I added wo... Darkworld came up and the listings of products too. Sometimes we have to type only the first parts of the vendor's name in order to be able to get the full name to choose and then we get the product listing.

I did try that too.... gave up... but recently I was FORCED to download Chrome to purchase my groceries on line (on a regular desktop computer) so the site would function properly. I have Chrome installed as NOT my default browser...so when I have time, I will log in here with Chrome and see if that allows for the fields to work...stay tuned!

YEP! THAT'S IT!! I used Chrome instead of IE 11....and the credit links WORKED properly! So the programmers have abandoned IE 11 coding... grrrr!!! oh well, I keep Chrome just for situations like this. STILL HATE IT...but... sigh.
