I noticed Rhiannon's store is up to 60% off, but Girl Gear is not on sale at all? Is that an oversight, or by design? It's something I was considering.

That is an RPublishing product that is partnered with Rhiannon...but RPublishing is the first vendor on the product. We are not including those items at 60% off.

So, that would fall into an RPublishing Sale, or not that, since it is a dual publisher product?

Since RPublishing is the first vendor..yes it would fall into an RPublishing sale when there is one.
